We are proud to offer a wide-range of classes tailored to meet your unique needs. We offer private and group classes. Our personal trainers are highly skilled and patient.

Zumba Dance Class  New!
Shake those hips and lose some pounds!  Zumba is an aerobic dance party that you'll want to come back to every week.

This class mixes two great classes together for a workout unlike any other. 
Larry's Total Fitness
You won't miss a muscle with this class that is a combination of aerobic conditioning and strength training using various combinations of gym apparatus.
Tuff Camp
A boot camp like class for all levels!  Combine cardio and strength training for a complete balanced approach to getting into shape and staying fit.  Beginners welcome.
Atomic Step  New !
Atomic Step is a combination of step aerobics, upper body, core and weight training that flows to heart pumping music.
 
Yoga
Peaceful method to increase flexibility, coordination, strength, and endurance. Certified yoga instructors guide through important principles. Beginning to advanced classes available. 45 minutes.
Spin
Get ready to ride!  A challenging workout using our spinning bikes.  Don't be afraid to work at your own pace.

Tabata Intervals   New !
Using the supra-aerobic cardio and muscle building principles developed by Dr. Izumi Tabata, this thirty minute workout targets every muscle in a 20 seconds of work to 10 seconds of rest intervals.

Research has shown that using these principles, participants can continue to burn calories and build muscle 38 hours after a training session.

Fundamentals of weight lifting for kids New! 
This class is designed to teach beginners how to weight train properly including how to complete lifts, how many repetitions and sets to do, and a variety of different ways to weight train in a safe manner.
Nutrition 101 New!    
This class teaches you the building blocks of a healthy diet and lifestyle.  Caloric intake, fats, carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins and minerals and the role they all play in your health and fitness.  Body fat percentages and diet and exercise plans are also included in this class.
Tae-Kwon-Do
Technique used to combine physical and spiritual development. A Korean Martial art and olympic sport.  Focus on movement and flexibility. Incorporates the best of martial arts, including strength of body and mind.
Self Defense for Women New! Women's only Semi-private lesson
Groups of 4 personal training lessons that let you workout with friends while reducing costs.
